Spider-Woman motion comic- What do you think?

Loved episode 4 as well! I'd like to see some other comics too. I know Whedon and Cassady's Astonishing X-Men is in the works. I may have to check that out as well.

I think its okay, not great. I like the idea of motion comics, but havent yet seen one that really nails it.

The motion comic made all of the action look really cheesy. I have been enjoying the comic way more.

Maleeve's art is fine. The voice acting sucks though.

It's funny, i was trying to add up all the 900 Deadpool issues, i'm a little off. Lets see: New Mutants 98, Circle Chase #1-4; then Sins Of the Past #1-4; Deadpool vol.1 0-69; a few annuals and one-shots here and there, Cable/Deadpool #1-50; a few m…

Episode 4 was definitely the best so far. The book is way better than the motion comic, I definitely recommend it over the motion comic.

Oh hey man, I didn't even notice you added a comment. Yeah, Matt Fraction is awesome, I love the Thor one-shots he writes. No, I haven't read Casanova, I don't know if I've ever even heard of it lol. Speaking of Thor, did you read issue 600? That was some amazing shit. Of course I would liked to have seen the Dark Avengers get the crap beat out of them a bit more, but I'm sure over the next few months we'll get to see it happen in greater detail.

I was wondering if you're reading any X books yet. I remember you mentioning wanting to get into them but it just seemed like too much of a load to take on with everything else, which it really kinda is, but a few books make it worth it like X-Force, X-Men: Legacy and all the stuff that's going on with Vulcan right now is very cool.

So, yeah I'm rambling. Anyways, are you going to the comic show on the 1st of March? I think I'm probably going to end up going with a chunk of my tax check, try to fill in some spaces in my runs and what-not. Let me know. Lata

Review: Greek Street v.1: Blood Calls for Blood

Greek Street v. 1: Blood Calls for Blood Written by Peter Milligan Illustrated by Davide Gianfelice Colored by Patricia Mulvihill Lettered by Clem Robins Greek Street has one of those great high concepts, and with a writer as witty as Peter Milligan aboard, it seems like one that can’t possibly go wrong. Well, there’s some groundwork laid here, but v. [...]

Olivia Munn in Iron Man 2?

Olivia Munn might be in Iron Man 2 — but as who? Techland and FanboyWEB are saying that Munn will be joining Tony Stark as the Scarlet Witch — although because she’s a mutant (and because of mutants’ ties to the X-Men franchise, currently controlled by Fox), I have to throw a challenge flag. AceShowbiz also has [...]

Review: Pride and Prejudice and Zombies: Dawn of the Dreadfuls

Pride and Prejudice and Zombies: Dawn of the Dreadfuls is a perfectly readable, albeit unnecessary and underwhelming, prequel to the surprise mega-hit Pride and Prejudice and Zombies by Seth Grahame-Smith and Jane Austen. They’re running a contest at Quirk’s website where you can win a Pride and Prejudice and Zombies gift-pack, but my day job, [...]
