500pt. Destroying The Chain Of Command Golden Age HeroClix Tournament

All teams must consist of exactly one bystander token, one common figure, one uncommon figure, one rare figure, and one super rare figure.  Figures can only be attacked in the order of bystander, common, uncommon, rare, and super rare with attacks that deal damage.  Attacks that attack more than one figure can be used, but must target the lowest rank figure as part of the attack. Pulse Wave can be used if the lowest rank figure is in range.  No damage attacks can be used on any figure.  So you can TK or mind control figures out of the way.  If you mind control a higher ranked figure, it can only attack the lowest ranked figure on the team.  (Remember if you mind control the lowest ranked figure, it would no longer be the lowest rank figure on your opponent's team until the resolution of the mind control action.)  The Hawkworld  and Rooftops maps are banned from this tournament.  All other maps are legal including those old maps that don't have the color designations. 

Force Blast is not an attack, and like TK and Mind Control can be used on a higher ranked figure.
